Shipping
For shipping within Germany, we generally do NOT charge any shipping costs.
For orders from other EU countries we charge €9.90 shipping costs.
With which shipping company do you ship?
The shipping is done by DHL. As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL, you will receive an e-mail from us with your package number. DHL offers you a shipment tracking system on its website, where you can find out about the current status of your shipment.
When will my order get to me?
If you pay for your order before 3 p.m. (Saturday by 11 a.m.), we will ship the order the same day. DHL usually takes 1 - 2 working days for delivery within Germany. Delivery times for international orders vary and can be between 5 & 30 days depending on the country. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your goods leave our premises. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact our customer service at shop@obd2u.de or by calling 07152/6130930.
Payment Methods
Payment via immidate transfer
IMMEDIATELY transfer – simply pay securely.
With the TÜV-certified SOFORT payment system, you can use PIN&TAN,
Pay easily and securely with your usual online banking data without registration.
Payment via Paypal
If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can simply log in with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or create a PayPal account to make the payment.
As soon as we have received the payment, your delivery will be dispatched within 24 hours in most cases.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. A subsequent payout to the bank account is unfortunately not possible.
Payment in advance
If you pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. In this you will find the OBD2U bank details. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended use. As soon as we have received your payment, in most cases your delivery will be dispatched on the same day. Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-3 working days for us to receive your payment.
If you do not pay for the goods you have ordered immediately, they will remain reserved for you for up to 14 days.
